At Elassy, we want your eco-chic pet products to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible.

  • Typical processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (after discounts, before tax).
  • Orders under $35 will be charged a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. If we expand to additional regions, we will update this policy.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Trending Product Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. Actual delivery time will vary based on location, carrier, and shipping method.

Due to high demand and trending products, some items may experience:

  • Temporary stock shortages, and/or
  • Longer processing or transit times than usual.

If an item in your order is affected by a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email and ship your order as soon as possible.

4. Our Late Shipment Promise – $10 Credit

Your time and trust matter to us. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window shown at checkout due to our supply or shipping issues, you may be eligible for a $10 Elassy store credit.

To request this credit:

  1. Wait until your order is past the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
  2. Email us at info@elassy.com with your order number and the subject line: “Late Shipment Credit”.
  3. Once we confirm the delay, we will issue a $10 store credit to your Elassy account or via a unique coupon code.

Note: The $10 credit applies per delayed shipment, not per item.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey until it is delivered.

If tracking appears stalled for several days or you believe your order may be lost, please contact us at info@elassy.com and we will be happy to assist.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it; additional shipping charges may apply.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors, and
  • Contact the carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@elassy.com and we will do our best to help.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@elassy.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
